The problem
Project and change managers spend most of their time on administration: updating registers, chasing status, and rewriting the same report for a different audience. The work that actually matters, deciding what to do about a risk and bringing people with you through a change, gets whatever time is left over.
We have seen this throughout our careers, and it is especially visible in government and enterprise organisations. We have delivered across transport, education, water and industrial relations, and the same pattern turns up in every one of them.
What StagePlan does
StagePlan captures risks, decisions, stakeholders, tasks, budgets and change activity in natural language, by voice or by typing. Agentic AI workflows do the bookkeeping while people make the decisions. An idea raised in a workshop lands straight in the register instead of dying in a notebook.
What makes it different
Project delivery and change management, in one system. Change work carries its own risks, tasks, stakeholders and communications. Because project tools have nowhere to put them, change managers keep them in separate spreadsheets and decks. StagePlan treats both as first-class work under one shared data model, so a change risk and a delivery risk sit in the same register under the same governance.
As at 2026 we are not aware of another publicly available product that does this.
Sovereignty, built in
StagePlan can be deployed inside your own environment and pointed at your own approved AI models through an LLM gateway, so neither your data nor your choice of model ever leaves your control. For government, banking and any regulated buyer, that is usually the question that decides whether an AI tool can be adopted at all.
